Meet & Greet Services can be used at the following airports: Sydney, Melbourne (Tullamarine and Avalon), Canberra, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Hobart, Darwin, Cairns, Gold Coast, Launceston, Townsville, Newcastle and Coffs Harbour. Transfer of Meet & Greet Services is allowed from the purchaser to third parties e.g. hotel travel agents can transfer use to their customers or relevant third parties.
Terms & Conditions
The Meet & Greet Services agent will hold up a greeting board with the name of the passenger in the airport terminal arrivals area, and will assist the passenger by providing directions to enable the passenger to connect with their pre-booked car transport, or direct them to the taxi rank or public transport if indicated by the passenger. This product is a complimentary product for your transfer and this product doesn’t include the transfer itself.
At least 24 hours notice from submission of the passenger’s details is required for this service. The Meet & Greet Service may be requested within 12 months from date of purchase. Meet & Greet Services expire 12 months from date of purchase.
The Customer must provide the following passenger details:
- Passenger full name
- Mobile phone number
- Email address
- Flight details of the person being greeted (Flight Number, Date, Time and Airport Terminal for greeting)
The Customer may cancel the service request up to 12 hours in advance of Meet & Greet Service being provided and in those circumstances will receive a credit to re-use the service within the expiry period. The service includes adjustments for changes in flight times and delays that are notified by the airport prior to the scheduled landing time. The price includes a wait time of up to 1 hour from the scheduled or adjusted landing time. Further waiting time will incur additional charges of $10 per 30 minutes. If a plane is delayed for more than 1 hour or cancelled without prior notice and the GoCatch greeting agent is at the airport for the service, then the Customer will be charged for the service.
